Is this medical care?
No. Radiant Revive provides wellness coaching for cosmetic purposes only — we don't diagnose disease, prescribe medication, or replace a dermatologist. Our scope is limited to cosmetic concerns. If your AI review surfaces anything that warrants medical evaluation, Niya will refer you to a licensed healthcare provider.
Should I see Niya or a dermatologist?
If you need a doctor, see a doctor. If your concern is medical — a suspicious mole, severe acne, eczema, anything that needs diagnosis, prescription, or in-office treatment — a board-certified dermatologist is the right call. If you want a personalized cosmetic skin plan from a credentialed nurse who'll actually look at your skin and write you a custom routine, Niya is built for that. The differences in practice: a derm visit typically runs $150–$300+ first visit and $80–$150 for follow-ups, with 2–6+ week waits for new patients and ~10–15 minutes of face time. Niya's AI Skin Review is $59.99–$89.99 one-time, delivered within 48 hours, and includes 30+ minutes of focused review plus a written plan you can keep. Many clients use both — see their derm when needed, then come to Niya for practical day-to-day coaching their derm doesn't have time to write.
Which tier should I pick — Standard or Multi-Image?
If your concern is straightforward (general skin profile, basic routine guidance, single area) the $59.99 Standard is plenty. If you have multiple concerns, want Niya to see different angles or different parts of your face, or have textured/uneven skin where different lighting helps her assessment, the $89.99 Multi-Image tier is worth it — Niya found multi-image reviews give significantly better clinical context (better assessment of texture, asymmetry, and conditions that aren't always visible from one angle). Especially recommended for breakouts, hyperpigmentation, and skin-of-color reviews.
Is this for skin of color too?
Yes — that's actually one of our founding reasons. Niya built the tool specifically because so many skincare tools and product lines underperform on Fitzpatrick IV–VI skin. The AI is tuned for the full Fitzpatrick I–VI range and Niya's recommendations are explicitly inclusive. Hyperpigmentation, melasma, post-inflammatory darkening, and skin-tone–specific concerns are core to what we review.
What kind of photo do I upload?
A well-lit, makeup-free photo of your face (or the area you want reviewed) taken on a recent phone camera. We'll provide exact instructions on the intake page after payment — including a built-in photo-quality check that flags blurry or too-dark images before they reach Niya.
Who reviews my photo?
Niya Pennie, BSN, RN — our founder and a Family Nurse Practitioner candidate at the University of Texas at Arlington. Every AI output is reviewed by Niya personally before it reaches you. There is no bot reply, no outsourcing.
What if Niya finds something that needs a doctor?
If Niya's review identifies any finding that warrants medical evaluation (a suspicious lesion, signs of infection, anything outside the cosmetic scope), she will explicitly refer you to a licensed dermatologist or healthcare provider in your plan. Because Radiant Revive's service is for cosmetic purposes only, we want to make sure anything medical gets routed to the right specialist promptly.
Can I use this for body skin too, not just face?
Yes — the AI Skin Review works for any skin area you can photograph clearly (back, chest, arms, hands, etc.). If you have a concern on body skin, indicate the area in the intake form and upload a clear photo of that region.
How long until I see results from the routine?
Skin biology takes time. Most clients begin to see meaningful improvements between 4–12 weeks of consistent use, depending on the concern. Acne and surface texture often respond faster (4–6 weeks). Hyperpigmentation, melasma, and deeper texture concerns typically take longer (8–12 weeks or more). Niya's plan will give you realistic timeline expectations specific to your concerns.

You're free to source any recommended product through your preferred retailer.

Refunds?
Each review reflects dedicated clinical time from a licensed nurse, so refunds are limited. Eligible requests must be received within 24 hours of purchase AND before Niya has begun reviewing your submission — whichever occurs first. Eligible reasons are limited to for-cause situations only: duplicate charge, accidental purchase, or withdrawal of your submission before Niya begins. Once Niya's review has begun, the door closes — no refunds will be issued regardless of the 24-hour window. Dissatisfaction with the clinical recommendations does not qualify, as those reflect Niya's professional judgment as an RN. Photo quality concerns are handled separately at no charge.
