Every Radiant Revive audit is numbered in sequence. When a client elects to publish, the Public Summary and the SHA-256 fingerprint of the full report appear here, so anyone handed a report can confirm it is the one we issued. Engagements the client keeps private are listed by number and date only.
| Registry no. | System & version | Tier | Opinion | Report date | Methods | Report SHA-256 | Summary |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| No engagements have been completed yet. The first entry will appear here on delivery of the first client report. A sample report on public data is available on request: niya@radiantreviveaudit.com. | |||||||
Compute the SHA-256 of the PDF you were given (on Windows: certutil -hashfile report.pdf SHA256; on Mac: shasum -a 256 report.pdf) and compare it with the fingerprint listed for that registry number. If they match, the file is unaltered and is the report we issued. If a report carries a registry number that does not appear here, contact us before relying on it.
Every audit ends in one of four controlled statements: no material performance gap established; performance gap established; not determinable for the darkest skin-tone band; or data not fit for audit. The sentence is chosen by rules fixed in the published methods before the data is opened, never by judgement after the results are seen. An audit is a statement of findings on one evaluation set at one point in time; it is not a certification or an endorsement.
