1. Nature of Services Provided (Phase I — Current)

Radiant Revive LLC is an online skincare retailer and wellness coaching service. Our founder, Niya D. Pennie, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, holds an active Texas Registered Nurse license (TX RN License #1076948), and is a Family Nurse Practitioner candidate at the University of Texas at Arlington (graduating Summer 2026).

At this time, all services and content provided through this website constitute wellness coaching for cosmetic purposes only, AI-assisted skin education, and curated over-the-counter (OTC) product recommendations. Our scope is limited to cosmetic concerns — we do not address medical conditions. Specifically, Radiant Revive does not currently provide:

• Medical diagnosis of any disease or condition
• Prescription treatment or medication management
• Medical procedures, including injectables, laser treatments, or any in-office aesthetic procedures
• Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) or any prescription hormone management
• GLP-1 or other prescription weight-management therapies
• In-person clinical care of any kind

Because Radiant Revive’s services are for cosmetic purposes only, any skin or health concern that may require medical evaluation falls outside our scope. Please consult a licensed physician, dermatologist, nurse practitioner, or other appropriate licensed healthcare provider for any medical concern.

2. Future State (Phase II & III)

Upon Niya’s FNP licensure (anticipated Summer 2026) and the establishment of a Texas-licensed medical director relationship, Radiant Revive plans to expand its services to include prescription skincare, BHRT, GLP-1 weight management, and in-person medical aesthetic procedures at a physical clinic location in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. These services will be governed by the appropriate Texas regulatory framework for advanced practice nursing under physician delegation. None of these services are available at this time.

3. AI Skin Review Tool

The Radiant Revive AI Skin Review and the Free Skin Quiz are educational and informational tools for cosmetic purposes only — not diagnostic medical devices. The AI engine has not been evaluated or cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the diagnosis of any condition. Outputs from these tools are limited to cosmetic wellness coaching and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical advice, examination, diagnosis, or treatment.

Every AI output is reviewed by a credentialed registered nurse before it reaches the customer. Because Radiant Revive’s scope is limited to cosmetic concerns, findings that may indicate a condition warranting medical evaluation (including but not limited to suspicious lesions, severe inflammatory conditions, or any concern outside the cosmetic scope) will trigger a documented referral to an appropriate licensed healthcare provider.

4. Natural Products, Herbs, Oils, and OTC Skincare

Product recommendations on this site are based on the founder’s clinical training and personal nursing experience, not on FDA-evaluated efficacy claims. Individual results vary. Consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new skincare, supplement, or wellness regimen, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or managing a chronic health condition.

5. Texas Scope of Practice

Niya practices in compliance with the Texas Board of Nursing Nursing Practice Act and the rules and regulations governing registered nurses in Texas. As an RN, she may not diagnose disease, prescribe medications, or perform procedures requiring an advanced practice or physician license. All current activities of Radiant Revive LLC are structured to remain within the legal scope of practice for an RN engaged in wellness coaching and OTC retail.

Once Niya completes her FNP licensure and obtains Texas APRN prescriptive authority and a written collaborative-practice / prescriptive-authority agreement with a delegating physician, she will be authorized to provide additional advanced-practice services within the scope defined by Texas law and her medical director’s delegation.

6. Photo and Personal Information

Photos and personal information uploaded to the AI Skin Review or shared via the Free Skin Quiz are handled with HIPAA-aligned safeguards even where HIPAA does not strictly apply (Phase I services are not medical care). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, retained only as necessary to provide the service, and never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. 7. Minors (Under 18)

Services provided through this site for individuals under the age of 18 require verifiable parental or legal guardian consent. Radiant Revive complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.

8. Emergency Situations

Radiant Revive is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, severe allergic reaction, signs of skin cancer, severe pain, difficulty breathing, or any urgent health concern, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Do not rely on this website, the AI Skin Review, or the Free Skin Quiz for urgent medical needs.

9. No Provider-Patient Relationship

Use of this website, including the AI Skin Review and Free Skin Quiz, does not create a provider-patient relationship between you and Radiant Revive LLC, Niya Pennie, RN, or any other party. Radiant Revive’s wellness coaching is for cosmetic purposes only — it is informational and educational, and it does not replace ongoing medical care from a licensed healthcare provider for any medical concern.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Radiant Revive LLC, its founder, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website, its content, the AI Skin Review, the Free Skin Quiz, or any product purchased through the site. By using this site, you acknowledge that you have read this disclaimer in full and accept its terms.

11. Refund Policy (AI Skin Review)

Every AI Skin Review reflects dedicated clinical time from a licensed Registered Nurse. Once Niya begins reviewing your submission, she has committed professional time that cannot be returned. To balance customer protection with prevention of abuse, the following terms apply to all AI Skin Review purchases (Standard and Multi-Image tiers):

11.1 Refund Eligibility. Refunds are granted only when all three of the following are true:

(a) The request is for cause. Eligible reasons are limited to: (i) duplicate or accidental charge; (ii) you withdraw your submission before Niya begins her review; or (iii) Radiant Revive is unable to deliver your plan due to a verified technical failure on our end.

(b) The request is received within 24 hours of the time of purchase. The 24-hour clock begins at the moment Stripe processes your payment. Requests received after the 24-hour window has elapsed will not be considered.

(c) The request is received before Niya has begun reviewing your submission. This is an absolute cutoff. Once Niya has commenced clinical review, no refund will be issued regardless of the 24-hour clock. Whichever of conditions (b) or (c) occurs first sets the deadline — if Niya begins your review within the 24-hour window, the refund door closes at that earlier moment.

11.2 What Does Not Qualify. The following do not qualify for a refund:

• Any request received more than 24 hours after purchase.
• Any request received after Niya has begun reviewing your submission, regardless of timing within the 24-hour window.
• Dissatisfaction with the clinical recommendations, ingredient suggestions, or routine provided. These reflect Niya's professional judgment as a licensed RN and are inherently a matter of clinical opinion.
• Disagreement with the assessment of your skin type, Fitzpatrick classification, or identified concerns.
• Failure to follow the recommended routine, or absence of results within any timeframe.
• Buyer's remorse, changed circumstances, or any reason not listed in Section 11.1(a).
• Requests received after your plan has been emailed to you.

11.3 Photo Quality. If your submitted image is too dark, blurry, obstructed, or otherwise unsuitable for clinical review, Niya will email you instructions to retake the photo at no additional cost. Photo quality issues do not entitle the purchaser to a refund, as the service has not yet been rendered and a remedy is offered.

11.4 How to Request a Refund. Eligible refund requests must be sent to info@radiantrevivemedspa.com with subject line "Refund Request — [Order Number]" and a brief description of the cause. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Radiant Revive LLC reserves sole discretion to determine whether a request meets the criteria in Section 11.1.

11.5 Chargebacks & Disputes. Initiating a credit card chargeback after your plan has been delivered — or in lieu of contacting us first — constitutes a breach of these terms. Radiant Revive LLC will provide the issuing bank with proof of service delivery (timestamped email and intake record), and reserves the right to permanently refuse future service to any customer who files a fraudulent dispute.

11.6 Subscriptions. The Skin Coaching Membership operates on a separate cancel-anytime basis. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.

12. Governing Law

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from the use of this site shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.
