2. Information we collect
We only collect what we need to provide the services you request. Here's exactly what's collected, when, and why:

What we DON'T collect:
- Social Security numbers
- Driver's license or government ID numbers
- Financial account numbers or full credit card numbers (processed directly by Stripe; we never see them)
- Passwords for any other site
- Information from minors under 13
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide for these specific purposes:
- Service delivery — to generate your skin plan, fulfill your product order, and provide coaching support
- Communication — to email you your plan, send order confirmations, respond to your messages, and (with your consent) send wellness tips and product updates
- Safety — to flag any concern that warrants referral to a licensed healthcare provider
- Improvement — to understand how our coaching plans perform in aggregate (always anonymized)
- Legal compliance — to comply with applicable law, respond to legal process, and protect our rights and yours
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade your data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
4. How we share your information
Your information is shared only in the limited circumstances below:
- Niya (BSN, RN) personally reviews your AI Skin Review intake and photos before delivering your plan.
- Service providers who help us run the business under contract: form submission processing (Formspree), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and website hosting (cPanel/GoDaddy). These providers are bound by their own privacy practices and contractual obligations.
- PCA SKIN® may receive your shipping information when you purchase a product, solely to fulfill your order.
- Legal authorities when required by valid legal process, court order, or to investigate suspected fraud, threats, or violations of our terms.
- If we ever sell or merge the business, your data may transfer to the new owner; you would receive notice and continued protection under this policy or an updated one.
We never sell your data. Period.
5. Photos & sensitive data
Skin photos and health intake details are the most sensitive information we collect, and we treat them with extra care.
How photos are handled:
- Encrypted in transit via HTTPS when uploaded
- Reviewed only by Niya (BSN, RN) as part of producing your written plan
- Never used for marketing, advertising, before/after testimonials, social media, or training data — unless you give us separate, written consent
- Never shared with third parties for any purpose other than the service providers listed in Section 4
- Deleted within 90 days of plan delivery, unless you specifically ask us to retain them for follow-up reviews
How health intake info is handled:
Your allergies, medications, pregnancy status, and other health intake details are treated the same way as photos — access limited to Niya, used only for the review, and not shared.
If you'd like your photos and intake deleted before the 90-day window, email info@radiantrevivemedspa.com with the subject "Delete my data."

7. Cookies & analytics
Our website uses minimal cookies and tracking. Specifically:
- Essential cookies required for the site to function (e.g., your form selections during a quiz session). These are not used for tracking.
- No third-party advertising trackers (Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, etc.) are installed at this time.
- Basic analytics may be added in the future to understand which pages people visit. If we add analytics, we'll update this policy and the cookie notice.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work properly without them.
8. Your rights & choices
Regardless of where you live, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we have about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements like tax records)
- Withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time (every email has an unsubscribe link, or email us)
- Opt out of sale — not applicable here because we don't sell data, but the right exists
- Object to processing for direct marketing purposes
To exercise any of these rights, email info@radiantrevivemedspa.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us what you'd like. We'll respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
9. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information to us, please contact us immediately at info@radiantrevivemedspa.com and we will delete it promptly.
Users between 13 and 17 may use the site only with verifiable parental or guardian consent. The AI Skin Review and product purchases require the consent of a parent or legal guardian for any user under 18, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable state laws.
How parental consent is verified
When a minor submits intake on our AI Skin Review form, we require:
- A signed copy of the Radiant Revive Parental / Guardian Consent Form (downloadable on the intake page)
- A clear photo or scan of the parent / guardian's government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport) for identity verification
- Parent / guardian contact details (full legal name, relationship to the minor, email, and phone)
- Typed signature confirming the consent on the intake form
How parent ID is handled
The parent / guardian ID is treated with extra care:
- Used only for identity verification by Niya (BSN, RN). It is not used for any other purpose.
- Never shared with third parties for any reason.
- Deleted within 30 days of verification. After verification, only a record of "verified" status, the parent's name, email, and phone are retained — not the ID image itself.
- Encrypted in transit when uploaded.
- Never used for marketing, advertising, training data, or any non-verification purpose.
If you'd like the parent ID deleted before the 30-day window (after verification is complete), email info@radiantrevivemedspa.com with the subject "Delete parent ID."
10. Data security
We use reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your information. These include:
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for all form submissions and page loads
- Access controls limiting who can view your data — primarily Niya, plus authorized service providers under contract
- Secure password policies for all internal accounts
- Automatic deletion of sensitive data per the retention schedule above
- Vendor due diligence when selecting service providers like Formspree, Stripe, and our hosting provider
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Data breach notification
If your personal information is involved in a security breach that creates a meaningful risk of harm, we will notify you and the Texas Attorney General as required by Texas Business & Commerce Code § 521.053. Notification will include what happened, what data was involved, what we're doing about it, and what you can do to protect yourself.
12. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate the site. Each has its own privacy practices we encourage you to review:
- Formspree — processes form submissions (quiz, intake form). Formspree Privacy Policy

Links from our site to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
13. State-specific rights
Texas residents
The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) gives Texas residents specific rights effective July 1, 2024. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at info@radiantrevivemedspa.com. Texas residents have the right to:
- Confirm whether we are processing your personal data
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Delete your personal data
- Obtain a portable copy of your data
- Opt out of sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and certain profiling (note: we do not sell data or use targeted advertising at this time)
California residents
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the same general rights listed in Section 8, plus the right to receive notice of the categories of personal information collected and how each is used (see Section 2). To exercise CCPA rights, email us with subject "CCPA Request."
We do not knowingly sell data to third parties; however, the CCPA defines "sale" broadly. We have not "sold" personal information in the prior 12 months as we understand that term, and we do not currently engage in cross-context behavioral advertising.
Other states
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (e.g., Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah) have similar rights. We honor these on request to the extent applicable.
14. International users
Radiant Revive operates from the United States. If you access the site from outside the U.S., your data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. By using the site, you consent to this transfer. We do not actively market to or knowingly serve customers in the European Union; if you believe we hold your data and you have rights under GDPR, please contact us and we will respond appropriately.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services and applicable law evolve. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- Post a notice on the homepage for at least 14 days
- Email registered users if the change materially affects how their data is handled
Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
